Ok guys i talked to some poeple inside again at SE and at my local service point.

The new Software R2AA003 will not be available for a long time. Because this software is meant for all K700i produced from Week 40 (that was last week) and this phones has not hit the marked yet. It is under testing for the excisting K700i and will be available. But since the main ting with this update is to give the new Batteries, witch comes with the phones produced from week 40, better standby time.

Off course there is also the the bluetooth update and the search function.

Everyone who need the update right know has to visit his/her local service point

@sir-sony, thats bad news since local servicepoints here in my country could not upgrade my phone so I totally rely on the online update. Oh well, guess i'll be stuck w/ r2l for a while

Just flashed with R2AA003. 1. Photos added to contacts appear without delay. 2. There is no delay when you press answer button. 3. Faster picture browsing in folders. 4. :-( U still can't mute camera sound. 5. Video plays much better. That's all I have noticed after 10 min of using after flashing. no search phonebook function?

Just a thought, if se is gonna release a new bst-30 for the k700i why dont they just recall the existing battery of current k700i users and replace them with the new and improved one? Since its not our fault their batteries for the k700i suck literally!
