Well i was gonna say its the d1ckh34d who did the deal with you who is at fault,so he is in the wrong cus he made the mistake! If i was his boss i would ave sacked the idiot for not doing his job properly. And as for this thread,its been a lesson in queuing than anything else!
Glad you got it sorted anyway,good job it did'nt happen to me,there would ave been an uproar!!!
Btw,your lucky,when i phoned orange about upgrading to the k700i last week they wanted £130 off me,i told em to stick it up their arse as 12 months ago they gave me a t610 for £30! So much for mobiles being cheaper this year! Looks like i'll be heading for O2 then

He told me that apparently he entered all the details in teh computer then talked to me and a new guy just wiped all data in the screen and loaded some other customer's data. When the guy serving me finished the upgrade he did it on the other customers account.
I dont know if its true and probably he was trying to blame some1 else.. but i dont care to be honest.
I got the k700 for 50 pounds cos i spend shed loads of money everymonth, but because I have a basic tariff (AT120) they wouldnt give it to me for free. Crap, but i didnt want to move to a diff. company.
