So take your € 12 and have it flashed with a new firmware, then your problem should be solved. I think there is no other solution.

Ok. My guess: the guy flashed it or let it flash, but sg went wrong, or it was a lockf fone and sg gone wrong at the unlocking, do hope its not a contract fone! Did u check the imei if its the same in fone and on the label? *#06# to check it
