24hrs? When you first charge your battery, most recommend charge it for 24 hours. Most ppl also say dont leave the charger connected to phone for more then a week. 24hours wont do any harm, only if more then 1 week.

yeah. but when you first charge your battery, even slightly over 24hours, wont do it any harm buecause the battery is new and needs a good decent charge in order to reach its potential. Who knows how long the battery has been sitting in warehouses.
