Just found this out (with a hint from themarques)
The Homescreen background automatically changes colour every month!
Jan- Grey (as u can see in my earlier pic)
Feb- Pale Yellow
Mar- Lime Green
Apr- Pink! (oh no!)
May- Green
Jun- Violet
Jul- Turquoise
Aug- Blue
Sep- Purple
Oct- Yellow
Nov- Sepia
Dec- Red

the DS is still somewhat popular here... it was never huge... but somewhat popular... and noone here even really knows about the PSP... i tell them, and they freak out, and are like... thats so cool!!!! i dont know whyyyy.... but it seems like the US never gets the good stuff right away!

I can tell u why, because the PSP is ONLY on sale in Japan.
Expect US launch in March & UK looking like June apparently.
And might I add the DS is NOWHERE NEAR the PSP in quality! It feels cheap & nasty & like a childs toy or a fake while the PSP is solid & feels like a quality device.
Also neither of the DS's two screens can match the PSP's and the same seems to go for the graphics too.
That said the DS will be cheaper & will still sell for kids

If u don't have one u can't really criticise it!
Mine does 6hrs of gameplay but seems to be still settling down so may get better. It then takes 1.5-2hrs to recharge & u can use it on external power while charging.
If u wanna sit & play longer than that then u need to reasses ur social life

So the UK will have it in June...Hahah well I shouldn laugh but I did give everyone a chance to own one at a very reasonable price.
So when it is released you will an inferior screen, a machine that is not generic in Game play..big shame.
