Didn't think I could see an ordering form but thought I might of missed something.
Don't know why some are called PetTrees but the one I kindly got from themarques said Angel plant on the bottem of the case thing, don't know if theres a difference though. I suppose some are in square cases, doubt thats the difference though.

I think its more to do with brand names;different manufacturers ect..Yep my one says angel plant aswell.
