It is not 100% certain, but a little digging in the database shows that post # 1.000.000 have post id 1088754 and belongs to
Debu
and is about
recurring calender events
This data should be correct if none of the moderators has removed any older posts since 19.37 last evening.

hmmm... I guess you have a better view of the database than me but what I did was I waited for a quiet moment and then watched for one post. The moment that post was made the forum header showed 1,000,055 and the post id of that post was 1088804 which is how I came up with the difference of 88749 and thus derived the result I posted earlier.
I actually did the same a few minutes earlier and used this second identical result as confimration of my answer so I'm not sure where I was wrong in my logic
but perhaps its just difficult to pin down exactly
