lol... i'm tryin to break voda from within... i got told off last week coz i was bored and filled a report in with stupid requests to see if i would get a reply... i got a bloody record of conversation... and all i said was...
*Question* - what would you consider adding/removing to the phone to make it more user friendly?
*Answer* - We could add a cup holder. i always find that just as i buy a drink someone texts or calls me an i put my drink down only to walk away and forget about it... It would save me money and the heartache and having to walk to the same place AGAIN!
*Question* - Please can you list any bugs found whilst testing the phone...
*Answer* - I sore a fly on the window whilst using the SMS section of the phone. I also sore a fly on my way home whilst taking pictures. The strangest bug i found was a worm (please see attached photo i took as evidence).
God some people just dont know how to laugh in voda... i had to explain my answers to our chief tester and my boss

With regards to getting
covers/fascias and housings for the V800...
I called
today and they said that they may have new spares (ie. covers) in about 3 weeks.
I then asked whether they would be vodafone branded and i got a resounding YES...
Asked when they expect to have
branded covers...and got a confused "I don't know, please call back in about 3 weeks!"

Is it possible to remove the front cover? Could it be done at home or I would need to go to a service point? Anybody who tried to do that at home?
I would like to change from black to white. The fingertips are so annoying. I can't stand it!
