Sorry mate, no idea where to get a black housing. But if you get one I'd be happy to spray it for you. Even lacquer it too, would be a lovely deep shiny black. Or do you fancy a metallic black? In fact if you see a car and you like the colour, no problem you could have it that colour!!

However if you do find one, pm me and I'll sort a spray job for you!

Had my battery cover replaced. Planning to had everything replaced. No Black housing here yet. SE people usually does the replacing. You can't buy it outright. They will install it for you without extra charge

Wouldnt be a huge amount at all, tins of paint arent hugely expensive, lacquer about the same and maybe a few quid for my time! If anyone wants one doing, send me the part and some cash!! I reckon I could do the lot for a tenner!

great news guys, well this only applies to people in the UK but... if you know of an o2 store with a repair centre built in, for example there is one in Meadowhall, Sheffield. they will totally replace the housing for £30!!
im going to wait a few months until mines unbearable then go there!

If they will replace, see if they will let you have one to colour yourself before they fit it!! PM me and I'll sort it for you if you want!
