ei esato peeps, just noticed something, try looking back to when the 6630 and the s700 took a pic on the scene where there is a suzuki suvs, try to look at the suzuki suv in front, u will clearly see that there are noise (lots of it) in the grill of th suv from a 6630 when there is minimal and almost none when taken by an s700...

You know in .Jpeg compression there is one 'rule of thumb' Higher compression = Less detail and if the pictures have the same dimensions (pixels) a higher compression also means a smaller file size ! Does that make sense to anyone ? This message was posted from a Nokia 7650

sapibobo,
Could you post original shots to http://imageshack.us and use the
"thumbnail for forums (2)" alternative.
You copy the address in the field and paste it in here.

And another thing, is it possible for you to do another comparison but this time you use both automatic setting and optimal(manual) settings for the S700i under different cirumstances and of course post your shots to http://imageshack.us.

Otherwise nice photo comparison.

6630 video is so bad quality.... too pixel up... with huge boxes... u need to stay still and the object ur recording need to stay still... if not u end up with pixels... V800 produce a better quality... i tot Nokia bad boy 6630 would match up... but once again SE prove me wrong.. well done SE!

Can you prove what you have just stated buddy ? I have a bad habit of not been a believer. The only videoshot I ever sow from a 6630 was definitely better (higher frame rate) then my old 7650 which in turn is still smother then most of the other brands just released ! actually i do... hell u can try it urself.. and see from ur own eyes... pls compare it with V800 not some old model.. obviously N6630 will have better quality... so compare it with V800. Even a fren of mine who juz bought it 3days ago.. was surprised how V800 is so much better in quality than his new N6630.. guess he didnt believe me till he see it for himself...

Care to share a video with us 02 ?

I thought the 6630's videos were quite good, and the zoom feature was smoother than the K750's !

Look a this link (don't care about the K750i, i think it's not the final software version)

For me, the S700i is superior of 6630: more details, more contrast.

Save the pictures in a folder for more comfortable viewing and you will see by yourself
