only servicepoints can reset the joystick counter...
yes you can i've tried it... master reset your phone... but be careful it will be back to the original settings your address buk and messages.. pictures.. mms will be gone

a master reset does not reset the joystick counter or the total call time that can be found in the servicemenu.... unless a joystick counter reset has been implemented in latest sw versions master reset... haven't tried, and don't wanna try it either

welll as ive said i've tried it already just a few days ago... a master reset will reset all kinds of settings... do it to believe it...

I've had my T68 for exactly one year now, upgraded with the MMS software back in July and have 108514 joystick clicks.
However, I've used the phone so much for calls that when I check the mileage (Total Talk Time) I get a few invalid characters like squares in the reading. Its around 330hours
956 SMS's sent from the phone but only 596393 bytes of data received with 17 hours spent on GPRS.
Definately the strongest most reliable phone I've used.

I've my T68 for approx.10 months, upgraded with the MMS software in July and my joystick counter is 230.838
For last month I've 281 SMS's sent from the phone, 24 709 647/5 282 741 bytes of data received/sent with 176 hours spent on GPRS.
