I guess that Press Release is all we needed in the first place!

So, they both exist, and the High Speed version is $120 more expensive - harsh!

High Speed = $479.99
Standard = $359.99

Hmm... $480 for Ultra II and $360 for regular duo pro.... not bad at all considering the lesser price the retailers are going to offer this product for....
Damn, I should have waiter for some time.. I recently purchased 1GB one for $125

Yeah yeah - no one likes a smart-arse!

Just seems like quite a big difference (33% more for the HS version).

I'm sure the prices are going to drop, if not in the near future... The high speed may not make sense for small memories like 512 MB.... but as you reach for 2GB, I'm sure not many people want to wait for long time for the transfer to take place... personally, I'm OK with my current 1GB regular..... but my eyes are already on this 2GB high speed

@wizz,
2GB pro duos confirmed as working in this thread

http://www.esato.com/board/viewtopic.php?topic=87613&start=15

mswallis:
"yes a 2GB duo pro works fine in my P910i. In theory a memory stick pro / pro duo can go upto 32GB, so the p910i could handle a 32GB pro duo, if there were such a thing. The reason it says 1GB in the user manual is because that was the highest around when the P910i was released. The reason the P800 could not go any higher than 128MB is because for sony to make bigger memory sticks they had to create a new kind, hense the Memory Stick Pro Duo which the P800 does not accept."
