> cant get free gprs to work

hi guys its me again i finally managed to get a connection to GPRS through my computer but my problems are not over yet, i now have page can not be displayed even though i have an active connection which is sending and receiving bytes, i have tried resetting the internet explorer browser numerous times to no avail any ideas i am so near yet so far

here
you need to go to internet explorer and select Internet options > Connections.
Select settings for the o2 connection and enter those settings into the proxy box.
thats all, you should be able to browse now.

I think if you want the free gprs you need the 300 texts a month sim, which are the genie chips, and prefferably the 07871 number as ive got that and it gives me free texts, picture messaging and internet

hie guys thank you very much for all you advice i have a smile on my face i am using my pc via GPRS through a bluetooth connection from my P900 which is sat about 10meters away from me.i can imagine myself on a laptop in the wilderness connecting to the world wide web via GPRS and the good thing is its for FREE as i always say the best things in life are free.Any one got any other free stuff will be gratefull lol once again thanks alot guys keep sharing you knowledge

Hey sorry for this question but where exactly does the free GPRS settings work? I live here, in egypt and I have no idea about the settings to use and my network is Vodafone. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
