Because I could get a brand new one for 199, and I would hate to find a tiny surface scratch or something. (i'm picky with technology)
Also, do you supposed it's alright for it to be sent? and if it's in great condition I send the phone. And if not, I'll send it back?
That way I'll only lose delivery charges for one phone.
Of course everyone knows i'm trust worthy.
