Went into the orange shop today and the guy talking to me about the products they offer was very knowledgable and helpful.
Then... I asked him when the T650 was coming out and he said
"Eh??" "What's the T650?"
So, it's not coming out on Orange sometime soon!! Which is a shame as I'm due an upgrade and The N95 is still £129.00 and that's too much for me to spend.
I only want it as a stop gap until the T650 comes out then I'll sell the N95 to someone willing to pay £300.00 for it on ebay!

Stainless steel is harder (and heavier) than aluminium.

Um the T610 had a brushed aluminum feel? To Me the T610 felt very plastic like & cheap compared to the T68m/i.
The T610 is Aluminium and hard black plastic. I have one here with a couple of minor dents in. How can aluminium feel like cheap plastic?

'The T650i I would expect to feel like an all metal version of the W880i'
Right.....
Goldenface, go hold your T610 upside down......
T650 feels closest to that....
....except the painted area(which is acutally a kind of metallic/metalflake finish, doesn't show in the pics) feels different(better to me) to the T610's glossy (unpainted) one....
(Shame it's not ALL metal, would have made certain aspects impossible though)
Marran, working on video; please bear with me(also bear in mind, things maychange in production handsets, I know some animations will)!
Marc_SE, good luck chap, I haven't seen a blue one outside of an

rep's hands(networks only got green for testing, Eldar also has green only)...
Coxy, good! Glad you don't like it!
Makes such a nice change for

not to use black with silver(oo, look what Nokia have just done with their
6500 Slider competitor, original to the last)!

'Lovely' PC's USB having great fun with me this morning, had media for you, but can't see my P990 to get it on here.........good ol' Gatesy/Micro-softheads....
NORMAL SERVICE SHOULD RESUME SHORTLY; WE APOLOGISE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE CAUSED(BUT
NOT FOR AN INADEQUATE OPERATING SYSTEM)
.....such a
shame
don't support LINUX(or MAC OS, for that matter)........
.....sorry for the OT there, back with more 'Slick Six-fifty Stuff', ASAP!

does anyone know whether the camera is better or worse than the k800?
It's worse.
didnt seem to be any difference between photos taken, it does have 3.2Mp cam which most people would be very happy with!

batesie, even if it IS worse than K800/810, how long do you think it'll take people to hack/develop the Cyber-shot camera drivers for T650i??
[HINT] I have K800's cam driver sat here already.....
Fact is, firmware/sofware can always be altered......

That's the problem! Everybody thinks that the more megapixels, the better the camera. Which isn't true. People, who think that's the case, are just stupid imo. It's all about processor, software, optics, sensor size etc. etc. Absolutely NOTHING to do with number of megapixels.
