I believe we're comparing N95 and K850 Not N73

yeah..I think you would find easier to put up with K850 with its dust inside the lens, fingerprints, creaking case, stuck lens cover, missing sms and of course the misfiring of the flash.

K850 dust inside lens? K850 lens casing is fully protected from dust, no opened surfaces that could allow dust to come inside, otherwise you saw a K850 users removed the glass surface protection for lens

fingerprints? all shiny phones are fingerprint prone, even N95's display,camera lens,and the metallic portion on the navigation keys are fingerprint prone, this is an inevitable flaw of having glossy surface matey anyway glossy surface gives elegance especially when clean

creaky case? where did you find that impression matey? have you held a K850?

missing sms and of course the misfiring of the flash.
^^--> Tha could be caused by some bugs inside the firmware and could be fixed soon. and not all K850 users experiences that and once the issue has been fixed where will the N95 stand a chance to beat K850's nightshot

@razec

obviously you are oblivious to what is going on with many K850 owners and the problems they faced. (hint: take a look at thread here in esato and other sites ). I think no matter what I say, you will still live in your own cocoon .

most of the so called misfired flash is because of the ... users !

the cybershot driver will darken the image with flash in Auto mode (even if flash is fired at the right time)

if you choose the scene mode to twilight portrait the you will see the amazing power of the xenon flash.

that was what i have tested with K800 , K810 , and obviously K850

this thread is still going?!?!?!

now your showing pics of the N73 and talking about the phones capabilities rather than the thread title "N95 vs K850 cam quality" .

can I add some pics from my K750 ^_*

back to topic
as I said the good thing about k850 camera is you control the final result
not the camera
same angal same shot can be completely defferent result like this shot
normal shot

with some tricks

and maybe more

and for who say that the k850i takes noisy shots
I'll say that professional photographers use software for fixing this problem in some of their shots
I know lots of software that fix this problem but I dont know any software that fix the problem that N95 have ( the losing of the details )

look to this pic

I edit it with Photo Dj which is in the mobile
I got this

yes it has lots of noise becaise of the contrast and the vivid color
but I can correct this problem using neat image
and this is the resul

@darkmagician:

By itself, K850i most probably takes good photo. Since your photo is shrunken and there is no corresponding N95 shots of the same scene, I dont see the point your post as there is no way we can compare and judge which is better. You might as well post your photo in the "post your K850 photo thread".

From quite a few comparison shots, even in its processed state N95 pict still have more details than K850 like the following. You just can't squeeze detail out of K850 (using software fix) when there is none to begin with.
