video is definitely 15fps.
and there are 2 possiblities:
1- white paper info are wrong (as in most cases)
2- this is a BUG and will be fixed later (which i HIGHLY doubt - because of some analyses of the video)

Haven't watched the video Peter K posted, but I think he mentioned the recording starts at 30 fps and then dropps to 15 fps. Apperently same bug was present in K850 until a FW upgrade was done.

So after fw upgrade (k850) is it now 30fps. Can we hope for w890 to b 30fps after an upgrade.

well, the w890 white paper says 30fps but the 3 videos I've tried now all shows as 15 so yes, we can hope I suppose
actually the videos do look fine enough, and I would rather have VGA at 15fps than QVGA at 30fps though that is not the choice here of course
