i think rcbc's food court ("eat" ryt?) is a nice place because its big, and im sure they wont mind us making a presentation. the coffee is good too.
un lng nga its not that accessible for ppl hu wont be bringing cars..

We meet at starbucks, podium.
Then we decide where to go after.
we will have all the time to think where to go next.
maybe we could go to ksroy's place late in the afternoon.
since there would be only few people... as mentioned
besides, we're customers, and there's nothing starbucks can put against us.
and besides, my friend told me they once EBed on starbucks... and it was just fine.

Mahirap kung ichange natin yung venue becuase I already made announcements on other egroups about the meeting and some have already sent replies that they are interested to come.
Suggest that we inform Starbucks days before the meeting. Im sure they will like the idea because remember, these are businesspeople. The more people come, the more cutomers. And we might even get a discount. Sometimes these guys even prop up a booth on Microsoft seminars.
They might like the idea of making their branch the official meeting place of the group and maybe they may even set up a bluetooth/WiFi Internet access point for the customers who uses PDAs just for them to stay at Starbucks.

it will be really hard changing venues at this time, few days before EB.
i dont think noise is an issue.
they wouldnt put that many chairs there if they wouldnt be able to accomodate all of them.

FYI she's using a T68 that has the R2B upgrade already.She'll demo it at the EB.
