hmm i've noticed that the CDA box in vers 13.4 is editable, does this mean I could just type in CDA102338/38 and it would update my phones cda with that one, or would it only work with the cda's available in the drop-down menu?
I ask this because I assume the cda is only a code not a file that is wrote to the phone's memory during the flash.

Why doesn't DAVINCI support reply to emails!??!! I have already sent about 5 emails requesting some information but nobody seems to care.. I hope they eventually catch up and reply to all because this is horrible customer service.
If anyone on this forum works for Davinci, please respond to my issue...

Your missing the file chief, go back and doublecheck that it's actually there.

I have looked at the manuals section but they appear to have a new client for the K750i which I am having trouble linking with the online help.
If someone can give me some straightforward advice rather than just links I would appreciate it. I am not being lazy, I just dont know as much as a lot of you.

okay. The client you used is fine. Where did you download the main files from? the FTP server or the web? where ever you downloaded them from, you need to specifiy their download location. Next to the Main and FS names you'll find a block with three periods (...) Click there then SPECIFY where each file is. You'll need to do this for the Main and FS files. Once you've chosen where the files are, you can flash..

I am at work until morning and so am taking all this from memory!
I downloaded the cable general and flasher files from the SE Support pages on their website and the Davinci K750i client from the top of their downloads page.
I have bought my credit but have so far not entered it anywhere.
I clicked the tick boxes by the two entries in the client (Main and FS) and a box just below that but I dont remember what that was called.
I pressed flash and it it told me to attach the USB cable whilst pressing the c button. It recognised the phone but then gave the error message I copied here.
All the downloaded files are on my desktop - are these the ones I need to specify - I must admit to still being confused. Sorry.
