@drhigh5, American dollars would have it's highest exchange rate at Banco de Oro and SM dept stores in Manila and Iloilo (same owners). They usually buy and sell dollars at -+15 centavos off the official exhchage rate compared to other commercial banks at +-50 centavos.
@sneaky, welcome to esato... I have some relatives there in Orange County and I'm scheduled to visit them on May. Did you know that the center of badminton in the US is there?
