Just spoken to Orange retentions this morning. I was trying to get a good deal from them and perhaps thier release date for the p990i. They recon proberbly end of th emonth if not september. the chap i spoke to mentioned that none of that staff have had any training on the product just yet and he thought that the p990i hadn't been tested on the orange network. was also trying to sort out a better tariff from them to match perhaps t-mobile but they wont do me any sort of unlimited data bundle unless i am willing to pay £75 a month (althought that 1600 mins unlimited texts and unlimited internet access via phone off peak after 7pm weekdays and all weekend)!!!
Arrrh any one got any suggestions on other tariffs to go for and all this waiting is getting me more and more tempted to go for the spv m3100 (AKA HTC Tytn)
I need your support to carry on waiting for the p990i !!!! help help !!!!

phew,good job i cancelled my order with them this morning.
and have now reordered with expansys.
screw the extra 50 quid, i want this phone now!

i think they will, as masseur said before, the stock IS in the UK, just not at their warehouses yet.
id be more inclined to trust expansys than mphone.
and expansys still have free stock, so if you want one,get ordering sharpish!

Called mphone and they said that their supplier gets it on Monday, they will recieve on Tuesday and that those who have pre-ordered it should recieve it on wednesday....

they told me that it would DEFINITLY be friday. oh well, im not fussed aslong as i get it from somewhere!
