I think people are starting to build too much hype on this device. I doubt there will be in-screen FPS or acoustic surface. I think the big thing will be the first OLED screen on Xperia, hopefully 4K resolution. I also heard that the regular S9 is getting the S9+ dual camera update for IFA, not sure if that is only Asian markets but I expect the XZ2 to get that hardware soon hoping for IFA but definitely for the XZ3.
Speaking to someone yesterday, they said there was a lot of anger and displeasure that the XZ2P was not available at MWC. There was the underlying risk of a delayed launch but the announcement failure didn't go down well. It was thought to be a massive opportunity to build on last year's excellent MWC and there was a lot of anticipation around this too because the XZP was excellent.

Will this year's OLED phone be ambient flow design? Personally, I believe it will have that backside curvature. Also, is it going to have a notch as a way to reduce bezels? I don't think the bezel size will be reduced more than the XZ2 but if they do, will they facilitate that by adding a notch because I don't see another way to do so. People are saying 'different design', I think a totally different design ends ambient flow unless this isn't a XZ series phone but a new line.
