yes they are. they usually just ask if you wanna accept the file.
some people on here are bullsh**ting about BT INFO. i totally paired my K800i to my W890i, 'allowed' it as much as possible... the reports came back saying "this phone is not vulnerable to attack". that's after i fully allowed it. why have some people on here STILL got a raging boner over this cheesy software that does nothing to modern phones? infact, this & latest SE phone, BT INFO even prompts to make your phone visible before you try anything. not very stealthy, is it.

I haven't had any problem bluejacking even with the newer phones although.
Only problem is many of the good old softwares are in Symbian.
