okey this is my first post, don't know any free sites and I dont understand all the port and proxy stuff..got kemulator but it gave me a error when I put in settings at the network tab, it said proxy test is underimplemented, can some1 plz help???

bassicly, we (the ubt/fbt'ers) are doing this cause:
internet = information right. too many don't even know what that is cause it's simply too expensive to pay R99 for uncapped + 155 monthly line rental.
