@blu, just create backups on DVD's and you are good... and instead of buying a HDD, get a Dual layer DVD burner.... more than 9gb in one disc....

I've got 25 Gb already occupied. Where do u get dual layer dvds here? Last time I bought a chinese make for 200 bucks, it got trashed after writing.

no. the problem is when i installed the hard disk as slave on xp, disk manager by default formats it as a dynamic disk without asking
