speed with my k700 is a whooping 2kBps. now switched to the 6230i, will test speed now.'
1kBps with the blokia, ne one know the mobile office settins for a blokia phone? maybe i got them wrong???

2 kBps should be just about right for a k700i. You should try an edge fone for results.

funny thing...i deliberately deleted the AIRTEL's SMS service number...so no more SMS's now(dat includes my gf's too... sob sob) ...a bit of a relief though...i have retained the SMS service number so that i can activate it some time later on...

airtel has been giving me false promises of sending the mobile office settings since yesterday, dont think i can rely on those morons.

ne way airtel finally sent me the settings, using it with the 6230i and i can say it sucks, maybe cause of my location??? not goin over 2kBps.
my satyam dial up connection in 1999 used to go upto 3-5kBps.
