Nope there isnt. I cant possibley think of any reason to hold back on announcing any high end phones when all competitors have announced theirs already. Samsung, Nokia and even Motorola to an extent have announced theirs.
SE better have something good in store.

Totally agree. SE has been very late in announcing the Big Guns!
I believe that if nothing is announced untill mid of April, SE will loose a great part of high end mobile users.....
It should have announce at least one high end phone(Sofia or Elena or Maria or anyhting else).

Well, I could wait a bit more for the high end phones to be announced as long as they will release them as quick as the w880. I think that it'll happen or at least I hope so...

I must admit i do not like the W880 announcement and quick launch style from SE. I like the spy pics, and then the confirmed official ones and the wait that comes with it(not to mention reviews from people who get their hands on them first).
From the big guns the only one that interests me is Elena. I also must admit that i have no intention of buying it right away... Best announcement that SE can make is "FW for P990 that we are waiting for so long now".. no Elenas, Marias,.. Just speed up my P990 and fix bugs. Thats it!

I think that the only problem that SE's getting with these immediate launches after the announcement, is that there is no hype being built up. I have people coming in the store for months now, asking when the N95 is coming out. These people save their money till the moment this phone comes out because they are looking forward to it. With this new tactic of SE they could lose their costumers to the competition.

That doesnt mean anything. Almost every n range phone that has come out form Nokia has been buggy. Most of which dont even make it to the networks officialy as they are too buggy (n90, n91,n93) and some even get discontinued (n80. n73).

. We won't be made to wait for something that'll only be as good as the Nokia/Motorola competition, the phones SE release will be worth it. At least I hope so.

and most of the people will buy new mobiles at summer that's why they didn't release any high-end till now
