I guess some people probably have more money than sense.

I remember a long time ago I was offered a Nokia 8210 (I was young and had no sence), before it hit the streets as it were, they only had a few in stock and for some reason the guys in the store had opend all the boxes and had already used the handsets!??!
I pointed this out and they basically said take it or leave it, even though the price tage was astronomical.
I got one in the end, but not from those filthy thives.

Morale of the story, make sure the box is sealed

@Timmy

it looks like network P990 will not be available until September. As with the P800 I think there will be shortages of stocks as people who own P900s and P910s want to upgrade. Also Vodafone have gone public in saying they will not subsidise 3G phones just to sell 3G contracts. I noticed that at www.phones2udirect.co.uk and www.mobilefun.co.uk the P990 prices on O2 & Voda look high but at www.foneplanet.com on Orange the prices seemed better. I have been told by www.scancom.co.uk that after August even Orange are reducing their subsidies. Also we know that after the initial stocks which will finally be delivered to retailers start of next week we should not expect any more SIM free handsets until September. So this is a long winded way of saying that P990 prices are unlikely to go down until the January sales! While the K800 is being given away!

I found one site that appears to be selling the card, although it's priced at $999.
Not sure if they are even out yet though, I would guess they would be avaliable by the end of this year.

Here is the link:

I like the video player very much, no lag or anything for 3gp files. Wish the uiq3 TCPMP will come out so i can really take the phone to the limit with my xvid movies.
