Here are some more pics, outside ALL AUTO

Your problem is DEFINITELY with the light sensor (the tiny little dot that is under the Xenon flash and to the left of the LED lamp).

I know this because in the last few weeks, my photos have all become over exposed with the flash and blurry.

Why did this happen?

The light sensor is thinking everything is too dark and firing the flash at maximum brightness. When you take a photo without the flash, it's taking a longer exposure because it still thinks it is low-light - and so you're suffering the blur associated with a lower shutter speed. It's playing havok with the various settings on the phone.

I have taken another K850i, which is brand new, and taken the same photo side by side and the new one (which is clean) takes the photo properly. I also updated to R2RA031 before doing so.

Now we know the camera isn't fantastic and the new firmware can't fix the shortcomings of the sensor, but you will improve the images if you can somehow clean the sensor.

And here lies the next problem; how do you clean it? I've tried a tissue on the end of a paperclip and that hasn't done a thing. I can clearly see a difference between my K850 and the new one, but can't figure out how to get something in there to remove the dirt.

I don't think so, If you look at Duran's Pictures the red color is still Pink.
Maybe we will need to wait for a Custom Cam Driver release.

Can we try with compressed air spray? I don't want to use something that may damage my phone.

Can anyone answer my question???? Does the new firmware included a new option of setting the Flash to a forced version???

To be honest, I think we have to wait for C902i
Next time I will buy a SE phone, I'm going to read a lot of forums, not only thw reviews.

SonyEricsson must learn the lesson: camera and sensor HAVE TO BE covered. Look at the hidden slide of C902 or the sliding plate of K800.
