Yes it is,and because she can't recover her phone,she sold it...

Oh i dont know, i have used BT Explorer (the bluejacking java app) on my Satio recently, and it was bluejacking tons of phones.

seems like i can still find a lot of people with their bluetooth on.
quite a lot i guess is because they are using their bluetooth headset/ earpiece.
I suspect though the new way to go will be wifi
