I'm one of your agents in cebu. Got a problem with stocks. When i visit the store to buy simpacks or callcards, it's always allocated favored bigtime dealers,walk-ins and simply out-of-stock. I am very HAPPY that you got a new agent&dealer sales coordinator. He is the most accomodating so far.
