On starting it up. It has your usual Vodafone startup graphics, which you can turn off in the menu and the first that strikes me is that the default theme is pretty much as it is on the front of my Voda box. i.e. balls!
I started to go through the process of going through the settings and turning off the annoying 'click' key sound and I noticed the menu is quite slow to respond, I'm interested to know if any other K850 s out there seem a little sluggish. Thank fully you can change the theme so the icons look less 'crap'. But it doesn't get rid of the permenant softkey 'vodafone live' on the right, which someone predicted earlier.

I have more pictures if there's enough demand I'll post them up here. I've already given you the most interesting things I could see. My biggest disappointment is not the branding (I can debrand it later). I'm more bothered that the UI seems slightly slow...
