They work, why not imo... Important is the phone model and Firmware version... To be sure all these patches are meant to be CID52 because the K810 R8BA024 firmware doesn't have lower CID than 52 ...

Anyway patches like these are tested by me personally and working on:

K800 (With K810 firmware R8BA024) CID52

what patch are you looking for anyway?? maybe i can help you with that!!
or if you know what's the file name of the patch you were trying to seek, try searching shadow's account...there's alot of patches there...
