@QVGA

Sorry mate, got to side with PG here - the C902 does Reds, like a Wine Connoisseur...!

The Reds are spot on - just look here - another from that folder, I knew someone would comment on the C902's red's - so here you go - if you're telling me - that a London Bus is not this colour, then...quite frankly, you 'should've gone to SpecSavers!'

Add to that, the fact that you have an advert adorned with Pink on the side of the Bus...

I think i'd have to agree - the reds on the C902 do seem to be a LOT better than those found on the K850. Actually, it seems the colors and contrast in general seem a lot better on the C902 compared to the K850 and even the K800.

The only thing SE needs to fix now is the horrible purple fringing and the loss of details in low light and complex scenes, and they might stand a chance.

I uppose the purple fringing is caused by the small lens(although the aperture is maintained as wide as N82 and K850) but given the fact that C902 lens is relatively smaller than the ones found in K850 we can forgive SE with that matter. the thing we can't forgive on SE was that K850 - even with it's very large lens implementation as well as adequate aperture rating is still prone to horrible purple fringing.

And yes i agree with sony alpha and radiux, C902(and even the upcoming W902 as well) pronounces more precise red colors than K850. maybe QVGA is just afraid of the pink colors being the red ones in reality. but as we can see on the pictures C902 can differentiate pinks from reds - one thing k850 (turns red to pink due to desaturation) nor even N82 (turns pink into red due to the oversaturation) cannot do

A Google image search on "london double decker" gives a lot of pictures and as far as I can tell the red is slightly different. Here's one example:

Of course, the difference is not as big as with the K850i but it's still there.

Why are pics from c902 so noisy when viewed fill size?

Not lack of quality, but maybe too much sharpness. Like when you apply too much sharpening in photoshop...

@ise... it not depends of the camera, its depends of the person behind the camera. (you can shoot 10 pictures with c902, and 8-9 gets super sharp... you with me ??? )
.................................................

@abu... first of all. C902 produce awesome red colors. (even bright sunshine), i have post several pics who shows that.

the red color changes quite much in different type of weathers. (like most people know)
