Managed to find the option to get it into english. I'm well impressed by the screen graphics etc. tried a photo slide show from a 512mb PRO duo
can't seem to change the game to english though? we've only tried solid metal acid so far, haven't tried ridge racers

@Masseur
Only the PSP can be configured in english.
As for the games, if they are japanese editions, they will be in japanese (even though some parts will be in english). U cannot change that, its part of the game. When the PSP is released in EUrope, u will be able to get games in english in the UK, in french in France, and so on and so forth.
Love Metal Gear Acid by the way. The dialogues don't matter that much, the game is so fun.

hey! photos and mp3 work great (doesn't seem to play wmv or wma) but where do we put the mp4 files? I've got some from
http://www.pspcrazy.com/ but no matter where we put them they aren't visible in the video player

thanks themarques, thats the answer though perhaps not the most obvious one! I really don't know why the formatting of the memory stick which created the PSP folder didn't also create an appropriate video folder!
@davo_169, what I have read is that it should be available in oz shortly after the US 24th March release date but you can get a japanese value pack from
Expansys Australia for A$534.95

@masseur Sony probably did it because they did not support the function in that I mean supplying you with video editing software, but I am sure on the new firmware update that will rectify things..
Anyway I am goin to enjoy my last night of partying in Tokyo, il then have to catch my flight back at 10am hahah this should be fun, lets see if I make it to the airport.
