I believe Sagem is SE's new partner. Probably they brought some 'under cover' new tactics in SE's hi-tec development lineup

no, they've been talking about increasing production capacity for 2 years now, they settled with working with SAGEM as ODM so that they can use their own original production lines for mid to high end phones, and not worry about the money making low end phones
so it tells us that SE will speed up, both the low end and high end releases
speaking of which, SAGEM did have some great phones at some point, back in the days of My-X8, it has a 2.4" QVGA screen and a really great 1.3Mp CCD camera that took better pics than SE S700i....

all the while SE only have one factory for production in Beijing.
the rest of their capacity are from EMS like Flextronics or Foxconn.
they also use ODM like Arima
so Sagem is just another additional supplier to them.
anyway
we should just wait and see....i do really hope this year SE is going to
announce phone and have it in store within 2 weeks (even not for all phone)...like how Sony or even Apple have their product available.
Building the hype have its pros but sometimes it backfire badly especially
when you have unforesee issue which ends up having to delay the product
then from hype...it will turn to anger.
Nokia seem to be doing pretty well in maintaining a short time from
announcement to product launching...and I just hope the anger we faced
just because we have to wait is a one time off event for SE to reorganized
how future product will be out.
We have been so used to expecting new product during CEBIT and no doubt it come as a big let down when you see none in 2007 CEBIT.
