Yeah well I make a point of taking marketing spiel with a grain (make that a truckload) of salt.
As useful as the panels may turn out to be, the real customisability of the X1 comes from it being a WM device.

well I just guess there isn't a perfect for everyone. take the HTC touch pro, it doesn't even have the 4gb internal memory like the touch diamond (the touch diamond doesn't have the micro SD slot tho.).
The samsung onmia has huge amounts of internal memory, along with the iphone, but they do not have a qwerty keyboard (and the onmia has a lower resolution screen compared to touch pro and X1)
To add to what Erichui is saying, there appears to be a 32gb limit on external storage anyways. While the Innov8 has 8gb internal storage, you can only add an additional 16GB to it. Whereas X1 has no external storage included but is expandable to 32GB. So, at the end of the day, current technology lets you have no more than 32GB. You are in the same boat either way.

I agree %100. You simply cannot have a device with the best of everything currently available, while trying to achieve a small form factor AND reasonable price point. Sacrifices have to be made.
@d-southwest, Isn't that an old pic? I thought the orientation button had been removed.

Marketing spiel aside, being WM doesn't make the X1 a "business phone" this device is far more of a general PDA with rich media capability's aimed squarely at the Iphone arena and that is no business phone! but only IHMO of course
