I just downgraded my firmware from 038 (Horrible) to the 037 (western- Adriatic) using davinci and then upgraded to the latest using SEUS. No problems what so ever...

Hi all

I just installed it and indeed it is faster in the media player, faster on the start-up too, faster on auto rotate and scrolling between pictures - i do like the transition effects! - and faster in the menus, but just as slow reading the card when you turn the phone on.

Then there's something I don't remember happening since I first got the phone; it reset itself for no reason while I was changing themes! =/

Then I took a couple of pictures and tried switching to view mode and it told me I had no pictures(!) then i tried video mode and it went on for a second before returning to the standby screen. I turned it on and off and it seems to be fine now, I hope they were just one-offs.

I suffered a great deal from flash burn on 037 but a couple of photos I took there seem better... I may actually be able to use my CAMERA phone as a CAMERA phone again.

There is possibly an increased speed in the java apps but I hadn't had any problems with them being slow before son not an expert opinion there.

The new vibrate on the touch keys, although quite cool, is rather annoying, that's merely a personal preference tho.

One more point, there's still a sound lag watching movies.

I know that, but i've seen the flash fire way shorter than it does when i shoot on white objects.
They should either
1) figure a way for the phone to reduce flash power when shooting at white objects
2) allow us to use the LEd flash as well (My k750 takes perfect shots of white/macro objects)

2. De K750 heeft geen Xenon Flash. Dat is het "voordeel".
