Well, I just updated my generic UK phone. I backed everything up in PC Sync, and did the updae. Afterwards, the phone started, but got to the SE startup animation and swithed off. "Uh oh," I thought. I started the phone again and all was well. The new software was installed, and I didn't need to restore anything - everthing was there as before; games, apps, text messages, contacts etc. Nice!

1. Set your finger for the sensor and Xenon ls, so that the sensor thinks that there an object quite nearby is. And this is then the result: http://img46.imageshack.us/my.php?image=k850witee3.jpg

Almost comparable to a real Cyber-shot: http://img254.imageshack.us/my.php?image=w80witjc0.jpg

But good it's not a camera with telephone but a telephone with camera.

2. The K750 has no Xenon Flash. That is the "advantage".

1. So basicly you're just dimming the xenon manually? i shouldnt try to trick it into thinking the object is nearby, because it already is.

2. Yes, but the k850 also has a LED light..why not let us enable it like in video mode?
Im sure someone here could code something when we get access to the filesystem

None whatsoever on my newly updated (Adriatic, Greek version), unbranded K850.

Both handsets I updated today did a 'random' reset on the first boot-up, so it could well be something we will all experience.

Has anyone else noticed the sound abit louder and clearer? I've checked it with my bro's and there is definitely a difference...
