I understand.
i would like to see almost bezeless smartphone and user review about the usability of that kind of design. i think there would be frustration in the review.
the most bezeless phone out there with flagship spec is Sharp SH-04F Aquos:

but notice it still has quite a thick bottom bezel for placing the thumb. i'm curious to read a detailed review of that device in english especially about the design in usage. maybe there is one out there. i will search.

Curved oled alone will not solve the need for bezels because again, you
must have dead surface on a phone to put your hands and fingers.
the only solution i see is have the software minimize the window size like what sharp is doing and then the the edges of the front and phone frame will stop reacting to touches. this paired with curved oled could be interesting, but don't forget that physical buttons will have to be removed to the back of the phone.
