How bad is the STN screen compare to TFT, is it really that bad?

anyway i wont go for N7250 as their screen is sux big time and i wont be paying over $800 only 4k colour screen n the tech inside is almost the same like it's previus phone

May be the different is less that 5% for a small display like this. Believe is major factor is the cost. TFT is usually around 100% more expensive than STN.
Very bad choice for a phone that have camera feature. A 4K color phone can anytime beat this 65K STN display.
I believe P800 is also STN ? Saw it at the show too with one guy using a O2x phone. Display is lots of different when you put 2 phone together.

TFT display is best when u can do video conferencing and you can see it being used in all phone when 3G coming in
for me 65K colour using STN is good enough as the batt life will last longer than those using TFT display as i dun wan to charge my batt every 1-2 days, just my 2cts

cos T610 using 750mha polymer lithium battery......
which is like only 1/4 smaller than P800's 1000mha battery
and mind u the specs both say they last as long..
so think abt it...
the screen of T610 isn't half as big as P800's why cant it last longer?????

i'm not blinded with 1 phone only cos i also see what other brand has and till now only see T610 as the standard for other phone in their class and size.
please dun compare T610 with P800 as this phone is designed to replace T68 not P800 k

Okay, I hv posted my message on the other website. Hey Guys, SE knew that TFT is definitely better STN screen. The reason that SE using STN for T610 screen is due to cost. They make this phone with STN screen is cater for ppl who wants to have an integrated camera phone with a more affordable price. If you all think you can afford it, then get a p800 than, which I think all of you are having it now. So let others have a chance to get a cheaper one. No hard feelings Bros.
