Yeah, the 2/3 curved CMOS is there and it does exist, but there is no way of knowing if Sony are going to put it in this so-called "Z3X". The rest of it is total bollocks.
What the hell is an "X teleconverter lens"?

Guys, let's not call it off just yet. These kind of specs are highly improbable but possible imho. the aspect ratio is 20:9 which most of the movies use Philips and LG have TVs with this aspect ratio. the Size for a 6.14" 20:9 display is 142.2 mm * 64 mm which lets 7.9 mm for top and bottom bezels and 5.5 for sides (the leaked render of Z3 also has 5.5 mm of side bezels right and left combined). Curved sensor also allows for much shorter focal length lens. 15 months is along time by that time it might be possible.

Right now, its as real as leprechauns and a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow. Nothing more than overcooked wishful thinking. We've had similar rumours in the past and we have been burned.
At this point we should know better than to propagate completely unsubstantiated rumours such as this.

Well if the Z3 x is true, I will wait for it to replace my Z Ultra!
I just hope it's not a situation where I have to decide between it or the Z5 which might have superior hardware
