hey
i think i just bricked my phone:s
Earlier i posted that my phone would not connect to K750flasher.
i decided to install everything on my notebook.
it finally worked. my phone was being flashed, i went away for 5min but i had forgotten to plug in my notebook to the electricity===> notebook shutdown during the flashing of my cellphone. Now my cell phone wont start:s
is there a way to recover my cellphone?

bro,
put your phone to charge....
wait about two hours, remove the batteries, give it a 30 seconds, and put the battery again. open Davinci 13.7 and try to test the cable
if it works, put the right files and flash your phone again...
i will need to get FAR+ darkmens plugin. Look for the thread and download the custom.rar, extract everything to a folder that you want.
Go to custom folder, delete drm folder from there, open the customize. xml using a notepad, and put the right CDA, and default language that you want, save the file. Copy everything to the custom folder, then create the drm folder again. finalize FAR, remove your phone, and well done... your phone will work again!!!
if after two hours your phone didnīt reconized by the davinci, give more time.... it will work, but donīt forget... give the full charge for your phone before it...

SO, access topsony members area and download the usb drivers to your pc, and then try it...
or try it on your laptop. But try to download the usb drivers...

If I customize my "customize.xml," will I still be able to update VIA SEUS? Thanks!

So long as you don't swap out your firmware for another phone model, then yes, you will still be able to update.

"We have only 2 possibilities to brake CID49 security
1.To brake cert's key. It wil take about 20000 years of brutforce attack.
2.To scan all CID49 signed stuff for bugs and errors."
Does this mean that its almost impossible to make this plugin avaible for CID 49 phones such as W900, and W810 ?:(
Probably so, unless there are very competent SE programmers here, your other bet would be to buy commercial tools such as SETool or Cruiser which is able to do it for such phones... and almost ALL SE phones...

although its not too cheap just to change some menus or tweak cam drivers... not sure if davinci or TMS does support FS operations...
Bottom line at the moment is, for CID49 phones, you'll have to pay...

I've updated my R1BC camera software a couple of times. The 1st time resulted in no camera. But, I think this was caused by me using a lowercase F when I edited camdriver0.dat . After that Ive had no problems changing the settings. Anyway, I have tested images taken before and after increasing the jpeg compression value and the only outcome I can see is larger image file size. I really can not see any noticeable improvement in image quality and can not see the benefit of using more precious memory than necessary for images. So, I've reverted back to the original camdriver0.dat . Perhaps with the MXE flash it's more noticeable and worth while. I'd like to know if anyone has really noticed a worth while increase in photo quality with normal (non flash) photos? Would anyone care to post before and after photos that show a clear improvement on the same firmware?
