so the SMP only usable when using flip? i tried it, make sense when flip closed, programs automatically shut-off. but without flip there is difference at all.

Well, if you forget SMP then apparently you do not need a clock which is always there, and the fastest way to switch between running programs, and convenient access to your favorite applications. One could call that a difference.

I am sorry to be truthfully blunt with you but you are right at least for me I do not need any of the above mentioned features and thats why I am saying I can not see a difference now, I did in the past.

Sure it is absolutely natural if one does not use a program that he does not need. I rather just wanted to say that it would be a mistake to consider SMP only usable for automatically closing applications and freeing up some memory, and forget the remaining 90 % of its services, including task/file management and system monitoring, all with full FC support. The decision of course is entirely up to your habits and needs.

I had Swiss Manager Pro 1.45. When i Upgraded to 1.51 it worked OK for some time but now is asking for a registration Key. I paid for the 1.45, do i have to pay again for the 1.51?

@Spinz:
Seems like it just forgotten about your reg key, just enter it again and be happy.

Since you paid for 1.45 you have paid for every version up to (NOT including) 2.0, according to CPS policy. Lisa's said that a couple of times now

I paid for the 1.45 version then downloaded the upgrade 1.51. On installing it asked me for the upgrade and i did so. It was working fine. Now after a month i changed my Memory card but the Swiss Manager is installed on the internal memory and the Swiss manager is asking me for the serial. Should i enter the same serial i got with the 1.45 or it wont work?

You can enter the same serial. The answer by firetech above is exact.

I've noticed a 'feature' of SMP....
- Open Calendar
- Open Contacts and open up one of your contacts
- Use SMP to switch to Calendar
- Use SMP to switch back to Contacts. Your previously opened contact is still there.
- Now click 'back' to return to the contact list.... You end up back in Calendar!
- Use SMP to switch to Contacts - the contact list now appears
This does not occur with the built-in task manager.
Anybody else get this? Will it be fixed?

Yes, this is reproducible, and is indeed a "feature", however not really for SMP but for UIQ, which entirely manages the effect of the Back button. Apparently the standard view switching behavior is somewhat altered when the SMP icon menu is used to switch between applications and their views, which naturally does not occur with the built-in Task manager that has no such floating menu. We will look into the issue and provide some solution if it is possible to do without screwing too much with the standard view switching.
