how 2 apply guides

how 2 apply this camdriver with setool2-
1. save my cam driver in the zip file to ur pc
2. take out ur phone battery
3. open up setool2 lite and select ur phone model
4. use the misc box and select the ifs.zip file
5. press flash
6. put phone battery back in and plug ur phone into pc holding down C

now i'm try to do this...(sorry of my english,i'm fro spain)
i have a duda...when i am with the 4 step,the ifs.zip file,i put this file on the browse or i must to extract before and take the file "camdriver0.dat" ob this step?
