Yeah, everybody was all exited about it
I believe the Arc is a great phone but I am afraid it will lose to the flagships of Samsung and LG
Besides I have lost confidence in SE and their lack of updates and support

HTC & Nokia seem to give very good updates frequently & good support. Shame still I do love
but I wanna see a new Cyber-shot or Walkman phone in the style of w995 or Aino

Without a doubt Samsung and LG have their spotlight on now.
They invest HEAVILY in R&D, and propose multiple solutions, they offer many different smartphones.
And this is also important, you just can't fight the market with one highend model.

I think SE has stole the show, as they do every year. The design alone has managed to win the hearts of many.
Doesn't mean they deliver though, in all cases so far they have yet to deliver. Idou and X1 managed to create a right buzz but managed to fail, I suppose the X1 wasn't as bad but the length of release was unacceptable.
If SE release a Playstation phone they will have the spotlight for 6 months. No dual core snapdra..blah blah can save Samung and LG, I mean after-all, does the average phone buyer even know what snapdragon is? And even those interested in Tech aren't that bothered whether it's dual core or not.

Whatever model comes out now I now remain not over excited cos then I won't be so let down if it turns out to be another lemon
Just best to wait rather than jump when it comes to
& not get bitten

Agree, I got bitten once by SE and refused to go through the same process again. I now wait months till a stable firmware is released for any SE phones, then I purchase the handset and save money too.
I'm sure you will buy another SE, the X2 sounds pretty terrible, but anyone who knows SE should have known they always fail to deliver.

Are you people seriously discussing DISPLAYS based on what you have READ without any REAL WORLD, FIRST HAND EXPERIENCE?
I'm currently selling a revolutionary, mail order swimming tutorial. Interested?
What are you doing, show some respect synn...
This guy is a true insider, so for sure, he does have compared the Arc to the Iphone 5, and the works.

Well you're wrong. The fact is HTC HD2 was successfull partially because of that.
Of course it doesn't sell the device alone, but I'm saying
will be rather more niche than any trendsetter.

Ive seen quite a few comments like this. It's as if some people forget we are looking at pre release firmware.
