Any one know of an camera tripod that would fit Xperia P. SE used to have one for their older mobile phones once upon a time. But I have not seen anything similar from Sony for their newer phones.

Arne, I think Sony ditched those accessories already. Only the Cybershot K line had it, if I remember right.
Your best bet is a
universal tripod like what Capdase has.
