About the copyright those pictures are free and you have the right to use them in a "different" goal than to use it as a pc wallpaper,in fact you are not allowed to sell it or to say that you have drawn it,or post it in a website with original sizes,BUT you can edit them and use them as a SE theme free (I am a lawyer)
