yes it will work.. either running the upgrade online or running it offline (running it offline requires that they have done one upgrade online so the software is downloaded)

Seems like SE have mislead some of the SP's, so the SP's think they can't do the upgrade, because the "Online Updates" is temporarily down... But look what I found on

Online Updates Utility
The "Online Updates" utility is temporarily closed. We do apologies for any inconvenience caused. The service is expected to be available again May 29.
Please take note that you may still use EMMA II Online as normal and that it is only the "Online Updates" utility that is closed.
I hope the SP's now will understand that they CAN perform the upgrade even if the "Online Updates" is closed...

the way you do the upgrade is same as for every other software update... so do they know how to do a online flash against the EMMA server they can do the T68m upgrade as well....
