I would say FS and customization pack is where the language reside. The language library itself should be in FS but without correct custpack you could not have all the language in it.

then if you cant find your firmware... try something else.. like EU2 or EU4 or any other available softwares for the meantime... and hopefully wait if theres an APAC coming....

If I don't flash FS I just wont get the files released on R8BA024R firmware right?
Like if they updted videocall gif, funlayers, acoustics, camera, etc. I just wont get them right?
Or will I kill my phone if I don't flash FS?

It is advisable to use the same FS/MAIN version. Maybe it is OK if nothing is change in FS but you may compromise the stability of the phone.
